Return Policy


30 days starting on the date of purchase. Contact us before you buy or after if you have questions before asking for a refund. Most all issues are non-issues or can easily be resolved.


Most all returns are refunded. Buyer/Customer responsible for returning part & shipping cost. You must have a tracking # that you send us. This is non-negotiable. No tracking #, no refund.


How to ask for a return


1) Ask all questions before purchase or within 20 days after. Any later and you'll slide into scammer territory.

2) Be polite. Use clear and concise English

3) Show a clear, in focus, 600p or better definition top/front view of the part in questions and what you are having trouble with (if applicable)



A) Restocking Fees (keeps both parties honest):

     1) General: 20%

    2) Special*: 40%

  *Fenders, seats, side covers/panels, fiberglass parts, pistons, piston kits, con rod kits


B) Return Timeline

 1) 5 Business Days after approval. You must provide us with a tracking #.

 2) Returns are closed @ the beginning of the 6th day. 7AM.

 3) If you did NOT ship or provide a tracking # within the 5 days, no refund.


C) Ineligible for return or refund: Special Order(s), O-Ring(s), ignition kits, wiring harnesses, light bulbs, spark plug(s), air filter(s), nut(s), head light(s), tail light(s), gasket kit(s), center case gasket(s), magneto case gasket(s), clutch cover gasket(s), clutch rod(s), Sherpa T airbox to carb boots ALL (we've had enough of swap scamming), fuel line, vent line, clamp(s), part books/catalog(s), installed parts, used parts or parts that have been used


D) Definitely do NOT take returns or refund (once received): Parts with damage*, connecting rod kits, other sellers incorrect/wrong/damaged parts, other sellers used parts, swap scamming the same thing with other seller parts or used parts, sent "Postage Due",


E) Special Order(s): 25% down payment not refundable under any circumstance.


F) Missing something? Buyer/Customer* MUST notify us within 48 hours (regular - not business) of the tracking # delivery confirmation.


Please inspect everything closely including the area you opened the package and the discarded packaging. Check your invoice for the mark & initial by each item. This signifies the part was put in the package before it was sealed.

"Damage":  Cut, torn, nicked, stained, chipped, scratched, scuffed, galled or seized, marks or marked, distorted, trimmed, modified, patched, holed or holes drilled, repaired, reglued or glued, rewelded or welded, soaked with an identifiable or unidentifiable fluid or substance, punctured, warped, scored, replated, recoated, polished, painted, powdercoated


"Other Sellers": Hugh's (under all his different aliases), Mobley's, Speed & Sport, eBay sellers, other businesses domestic & international, individuals


"Buyer/Customer": Individual who placed and paid for the order
